This gravitational force is balance by the repulsive force increase by decreasing the distance between them. the position of the magnets are given by X_1, X_2, ___X_4. The following table shows the recording of data and analysis. relationship prove that force F is inversely proportional to the square of the distance. The disk magnets are inserted in a tube with same polarity facing each other. This creates a repulsive force which pushes them until the gravitational force, weights counter balance the, maintain equilibrium. Procedure: Step 1.
