\sum_{n=1}^{\infty }\frac{x^n}{9^nn^6}

Please explain and show all work (including all algebra) and do not use cursive. Please show and explain the rule(s), theorem(s), and/or test(s) that are applied to this question for I am having a miserable time understanding series. Thank you for your help!!
