Bob, Ginger, Hank, and Dex each ordered an SUV (sport utility vehicle) from an automobile dealership. The dealership manager wrote up individual purchase orders for Bob, Ginger, Hank, and Dex with the dealership’s name and address at the top and provided each of the purchasers with a copy. The terms of the deal were set forth in the order. Bob, Ginger, Hank, and Dex did not sign the purchase orders

According to law,, Purchase order is a legal document which is to be signed by the seller for acceptance. In this case, the PO is sent by seller to purchaser listing out the condiitons for the contract. The same is not signed by any of the purchasers. Hence, the legal document shall not hold good and it becomes void.
