so here the demand curve will shift and not move which causes change in demand. .

If the factor present only was the price then there will be movement and quantity dmenad will move.

the shifting factor is expectation here because it is expected that the real estate market price can increase in the future which means people are going to worry and think to buy a real estate property as more as they can .

so there will be an increase in demand not quantity demanded.
