This statement is true because , atoms are cannot be broken into smaller pieces. ( It Is the most specific answer , it there is one option to choose )

But other two are also the cause in regard to true statement.

- True, because atoms are the smallest piece of an element.

- True, because atoms are like tiny billiard ball.

NOTE : If there is a choice of choosing all the true options ( the three ) , then the three options go with DALTON'S ATOMIC THEORY.

EXPLANATION -

The Billiard Ball model of the atom was proposed by John Dalton in the early 1800s.He defined an atom to be a ball-like structure, as the concepts of atomic nucleus and electrons were unknown at the time.

If we follow the DALTON'S Theory we can easily understand that the statement is TRUE.
