Insurance deductible is $200 that means insurance company will cover $200 for the consumer. Along with that co_payment is 20% thus again company will pay more $200[ =( 1200-200)*20%] thus total $400 will be paid by company and the individual will pay remaining $800

in order to control costs , Medicare has began to only care for those who can not afford care themselves.
