Spermatogenesis occur inside the seminiferous tubules of testes. Testes also act as an endrocrine gland which secrete the hormone testosterone. "Scrotum" is the sac which holds and protect the testes. "Penis" erection is brought about by filling up the blood vessels inside "penis" to help in coitus. Seminal vesicles and prostrate are secondary sex glands that secrete seminal fluid during coitus to aid in the sperm movement. Hence, option 3 is correct.

Urethral sphincter is present at the base of urinary bladder which is formed of smooth muscles and regulate the process of micturition or removal of urine. During relaxation is causes the urine flow through urethra which should be prevented during ejaculation by its constriction. To avoid mixing of sperm with urine during ejaculation and entry of sperm in urinary bladder. Hence, option 4 is correct.
