Hi can someone explain why this is a diastermer I’m not able to figure out the configuration of the ch3 because isn’t that achril because of the two oh groups ? Can someone show if it is the chiral the priority groups labeled around the ch3 ?

For the second picture is this answer key wrong because I’m getting a solid wedge for ethyl not dashed ??
