i) Brand value of the hotel: The reputation of the hotel in terms of its service, hygiene and facilities

ii) Affordability the hotel: In these pandemic times when the economy is heading towards recession then cost becomes important factor.

iii) Location of the hotel: Hotels close to Covid-19 hot spots will be avoided by the people.

iv) Security of the hotel: Higher security gives sense of comfort towards proper thermal screening and social distancing in the hotel.

v) Emergency services: Presence of emergency services is extremely crucial in these Covid-19 times as anybody can fall sick from Covid-19.
