Natural Environment – (effect of climatic factors)

Climatic change is a constant change.    Apple Inc’s main motto is to make technology safe for people’s usage. When the company measures the carbon footprint, Apple Inc., considers all suppliers (in hundreds), millions of customers and ofcourse the devices. The company is planning to use entirely renewable energy to power up their operations. Apple’s new focus is to reduce the harmful use of paper. Apple says that they use the wood resources from forests to make packaging materials for iPhones, iPads, iPods, Apple TV etc. Apple is now focused on recycled paper. All the natural resources (environment) would deplete due to the company’s manufacturing of devices. Depletion of natural resources would hinder the entire business operations of Apple Inc. Hence, Apple is now focused on minimizing the negative impact on the environment which helps the business operations and the community.

Physical environment (Infrastructure)

Apple Inc., is investing heavily in manufacturing, data centers, facilities and retail infrastructure. In order to support its current and future internet services including iCloud, Apple Inc., is rapidly expanding its infrastructure and facilities in data centers. Two facilities were opened in 2017 to support Apple’s online services. Thus, it is pertinent to say that Apple Inc., is investing billions of dollars in infrastructure to compliment high-quality jobs and for the development of the city.
