Apple Inc. has historical factors as well as external factors that have created opportunities for the company in order for it to be successful. With a market capitalization of $559 billion, Apple is the most valuable company in the entire worldI feel as though the factor that is most likely to cause another change in the future that may represent a market opportunity would be the external factor "technology". Apple is a growing, innovative, intrapreneurial company that will continue to surpass the technological advancements that are being created every year. The past decade has seen rapid technological changes which have greatly altered the market dynamics. As a result, all of technology has a short lifetime. That is why Apple needs to upgrade their product more often so they will outdo their competitors easily. In this case Apple will invest a lot of their capital to the Research and Product Development. Though the company spends a lot on the research and development, little efforts need to be made to teach down the rate of technology change and the way competitors are competing.

Answer #1

According to me technology has been the biggest factor that will cause the change in the working of the business of Apple and the way the management is taking decisions. Apple has been one of the biggest companies of the world that is serving its customers by offering the latest technology to them.

Also, apple need to invest in more research so that they are able to find out what the competitors are doing and how they need to deal with their strategies and ways of doing the business. Moreover, the internal environment of the company also need to be modified as per the external environmental changes and make sure that the employees work effectively and in a dedicated manner.
