At the endpoint (i.e. the inflection point in the graph, the equivalence point), ALL of the weak acid HA has been titrated, and thus converted to its conjugate base A−
So no, the concentration of acid HA does not have a net increase after the end point... the concentration of base ( NaOH and A−, let's say) does, hence the pH increases.
