Question

observation initial burst volume total volume titrated to reach end point what happened to the rise...

observation
initial burst volume
total volume titrated to reach end point

what happened to the rise in pH as the end point was approached?

prepare a titration curve with pH on the y-axis and volume of base added on x-axis. Determine the equivalence point form the curve (steepest point of curve)

Answer #1

I assume you mean adding strong base to a weak acid

At the endpoint (i.e. the inflection point in the graph, the equivalence point), ALL of the weak acid HA has been titrated, and thus converted to its conjugate base  A−

So no, the concentration of acid HA does not have a net increase after the end point... the concentration of base ( NaOH and  A−, let's say) does, hence the  pH increases.
