Answer #1

Answer - The pandemic of the Corona Virus is the Real shock as well as AD shock. It is real shock because this was an unexpected effect which had a drastic negative impact upon the economy of not only US but over all world.

This is the demand shock because , as the result of the lockdown , the people are not going to job. The income has declined. The consumption has decreased , investment decreased. This is reduce the value of AD to a great extent .

Hence both the shocks are being faced by the economy at present.
