Please answer all the questions with clear words!!! Thanks
the casting of metal done at higher temperature, the work hardning also kmown as cold hardning.is the straintheningof metal by plastic deformation. This strengthening occurs because of dislocation movements and dislocation generation within the crystal structure of the material
The increase in strength due to strain hardening is comparable to that of heat treating. Therefore, it is sometimes more economical to cold work a less costly and weaker metal than to hot work a more expensive metal that can be heat treated, especially if precision or a fine surface finish is required as well. The cold working process also reduces waste as compared to machining, or even eliminates with near net shape methods. The material savings becomes even more significant at larger volumes, and even more so when using expensive materials, such as copper, nickel, gold, tantalum, and palladium.
The saving on raw material as a result of cold forming can be very significant, as is saving machining time. Production cycle times when cold working are very short. On multi-station machinery, production cycle times are even less. This can be very advantageous for large production runs.

Please answer all of these questions with clear step and explanations thanks
I don't understand this at all. Can someone please explain how/why/when these computations are done? Thanks
PLEASE SHOW ME HOW TO DO IT, USING ICE METHOD CLEAR AND COMPLETE SOLUTION would really help a lot thanks!
Clear communication in a government memorandum would most likely be hindered by slangidiomsjargondialecti really don't get this question please explain thanks.
Please answer the following questions on your words: 1.Explain how improving quality can lead to reduce cost? 2.How would you define high quality? 3.In supply chain, what is vertical integration? Hi, I'm having trouble solving this problem... Could you please solve it using clear detailed steps so that I can better understand how to tackle it next time? Thanks! :) Consider the following image. (Take q1 +2.95 nC and q28.44 nC.) gh 42 (a) Find the net electric flux through the cube shown in the figure above. N m2/c (b) Can you use Gauss's law to find the electric field on the surface of this cube? Yes No Explain
Could you please help me to solve the problem. Also, could you please answer questions in clear hand-writing and show me the full process, thank you (Sometimes I get the answer which was difficult to read). Thanks a lot What is the smallest positive value of n, where n is an integer, such that Algorithm A, whose running time is 100n2 runs faster than Algorithm B, whose running time is 2n , on the same machine (give your answer in whole number(s))
Please could you explain how you would go about solving the following questions? Thanks in advance! Self-tut Question A simply supported beam AD is loaded as shown in the Figure below. Note: E = 200 GPa, Iz = 1.5.10 m M=10 Nm P=100 N q=30 N/m A D L= 3 m Use the superposition method and Appendix H from the Textbook to determine: 1. The angle of rotation at point A , rad 2. The angle of rotation at point...
could you please solve all problems uploaded correctly, with clear steps, Thanks in advance, If you are not willing to solve all problems uploaded please DON'T WAIST MY TIME AND YOURS. Component A is converted into compound B on the active sites within a porous catalytic particle manufactured in the shape of spheres of radius R. Disappearance of A occurs as a zero-order reaction with a rate constant where a is the available catalytic surface area per unit volume of...
Please answer these Matlab questions when able. Thanks. 4. Laboratory Problem Description In this laboratory you are required to find eigenvalue and eigenvectors for A in the following systems of linear equation Ax-B: 17x1+2x2+3x3+4x44 5x1+6x2+7x3+8x4 3 9x1+10x2+11x3+12x4 2 13x1+14x2+15x3+16x4 1 Apply the following commands: >>A 1 12:211 Verify that the columns of X in the example above indeed are eigenvectors to the matrix A. In other words, multiply (using Matlab) the matrix A to the columns (one at a time)...
