1. Carl woese was an American microbiologist and George fox was an English descenter. Both have imortant contribution in writing the tree of life. Both have classified archaea as a separate domain of life and classified them different from the bacteria and eukaryotes. Both have introduced the "progenote" concept in the evolution of life. Both have also associated with the use of 16S RNA in making phylogenetic analysis.

2. Asgard archea are the superphylum that consist of group of uncultivated bacteria . This group include the archea like Heimdallarchaeota etc. This superphylum help in understanding the evolution of life. This group is considered to be the closest prokaryotic relative of eukaryotes.

3. Microbial dark matter are the group of archea and bacteria that are diificult to culture in the lab because these are still undiscovered. Both archea and bacteria arw still unknown to us and many of them are unknown because we could not culture them in lab. This help in understanding of life because we could not find them in the evolution of tree and we did not their existence.
