At pH 2 non of the amino acids listed in the question will have a charged side chain. The pKa value of these amino acids neither equal nor less than 2. Deprotonation of the side chains occur when pH>pKa.

Aspartate (pKa3.9), Glutamate(pKa 4.1) and Histidine(pKa 6.0) will be charged in the bloodstream. As the pKa values of their respective side chains is less than the pH of the blood.
