Answer #1

Solution 1: Risk mitigation is an important task that is supposed to be performed by the support and maintenance team inside an organization. There are several ways to perform the streamlining of these risk mitigation processes for an organization. Some of them are described in brief below:

1. Assume/Accept: The support team must be proactive in acknowledging the security risks that are posed to the current IT infrastructure. Only after this, they can actually implement the operations to mitigate the risks. It is based on a very simple rule that you first have to acknowledge the fact that something is wrong only after then you can work towards fixing it. The support team might even require permission from their superiors.

2. Flexibility: The program requirements and constraints are supposed to be reduced in accordance with the level of risk. This may even involve a change in the funding, schedule, and the infrastructure provided to the team in terms of the technical requirements.

3. Transfer of Risk: The team is allowed to share the responsibility among them and if one the team members is not comfortable in dealing with the problem or the risk associated with the project then he/she can transfer the responsibility to another member who is actually willing to work on that problem. This leads to a better understanding between the team members and better coordination between them which eventually helps their organization.

Solution 2: Option D, The scope of a risk management plan is a set of uncertain events that are associated with the project that can have a positive or a negative effect on one or more project objectives. It is nothing but the boundaries or the limit of the system that are required to address when implementing a risk management plan.

Here's the solution to your question, please provide it a 100% rating. Thanks for asking and happy learning!!
