Intercultural Competence

Intercultural Competence is a set of skills like Cognitive skill, Affective Skill and behavioral skills. We need to improve all these skills for communicating in a better way with other people who are belongs to a different culture. So we can say that Intercultural Competence is included with some skills that help us to communicate in an appropiate and effective way with other cultural people.

Conclusion

According to me, Peace is the most powerful motivator among all these Imperatives. Because this imperative discovers a major question that can each and every individual with a different cultural background live peacefully in this Earth?

According to me. Peace is the only imperative that can reduce the violence between two different group of people. There are some groups which are responsible for all kind of religious violence since the earliest Civilization. Looking to all the evidence you can found so many significant proof that peace is the most poweful motivator that can improve my Intercultural Competence.

We are in the planet to live a peaceful life and communicating with others peacefuly. Communication with people is important in Intercultural Competence. So we can say that a peaceful communication can improve our Intercultural competence in all aspect.
