We are given the sample size here as n = 11.

For N = 11, from the critical value table for correlation coefficient, we have the critical value as 0.602. But as this is a two tailed test, therefore the critical values here are given as: -0.602, 0.602

Now here as the correlation coefficient is r = 0.446 < 0.602, therefore it does not lie in the rejection region and therefore we have insufficient evidence to support the claim for correlation coefficient here.
