Overall Mean = (23 + 6 + 6) / 3 = 35 / 9 = 3.89

SS Between = SUM [n * Mean - Overall Mean)2] = 4 * (7.67 - 3.89)2 + 4 * (2 - 3.89)2 + 4 * (2 - 3.89)2 = 64.23
