Flattening the organisation definitely provides an extensive
support to the overall organisational structure by improving the
overall availability of opportunities for the organisation and
removing the middle management staff and executive.
Information Technology plays a very important role in flattening
the organisation as it provides additional support to create an
equilibrium between different employees inside your organisation at
a same operative level. Distribution of the units and positions are
totally on dependencies of the job performance rather than focus on
creating authoritarian leadership inside your organisation. It is
also called delayering. Flat organisational structure helps the
manager to create an autonomous and self realised working
environment for the employees as well as training of the workers
can be done more intensively and more effectively in a flat
organisation. Information Technology helps the organisation to
create decision programs by implementation of decision support
systems as well as it also maintains high quality standard in other
aspects of the organisation by mitigating time gap between
different events. As a result of implementation of flat
organisation, powers to the manager and unethical practices vary
widely reduce.
For example, for improving the overall availability of multiple
decision support systems for improving the overall availability of
different action making capabilities of the organisation as well as
for providing positive approach would be the most beneficial and
most important part of implementation of plant organisation.
Black organisation would also help my organisation to communicate
in a better way between managers and the employees as there are no
excessive hierarchical levels for decreasing the overall efficiency
as well as productivity of the organisation. This type of approach
provides positive information on creation of a better strategy for
implementing flat organisation.
