First case,

\frac{1}{2}k(\Delta x)^{2}=\frac{1}{2}mv^{2}

v^{2}=\frac{k}{m}(\Delta x)^{2}

2nd case,

V^{2}=\frac{k}{m}(2\Delta x)^{2}=4v^{2}

V=2v
