False, it is not necessary if FRN has a higher contribution margin ration than CES and product mix shifts towards CES, the company's breakeven point in total units will increase. It depends on contribution margin per unit of both product. One product may have lower contribution margin ratio, still may have higher contribution margin per unit, in this situation if we shift product mix towards product having lower contribution margin ratio, still breakeven point will decrease.
