ANS 2) Every TAI-CHI sets are comprised of movements alternates between accumalating & releasing energy , this is applied to most of all tai -chi movements & as they are the essence of alternating opening & closing movements. as when hands are pulled apart, thats called a openng movement.

ANS 4)  Tai chi is slow, gentle and doesn't leave you breathless, it shows the key components of fitness — muscle strength, flexibility, balance, to a lesser degree, aerobic conditioning. Tai chi can improve both lower-body strength and upper-body strength.

ANS 3) Caitlin makes a decision to sign up for tai-chi classes as it is a spritual practice & a form of meditative excercise.
