(a) No precipitation will form, sodium hydroxide can't be oxidized by hyperchloric acid.
NaOH + HClO4 --> NaClO4 + H2O

(b) You get insoluble Fe(OH)2
FeCl2(aq) + 2 KOH(aq) --> Fe(OH)2(s) + 2 KCl

(c) No precipitate will form.
(NH4)2SO4 + NiCl2? -->? NiSO4 (aq) + 2NH4Cl
