Describe how CO2 level impact climate change from the EPA footprint lab. ( In a few sentences).
CO2 is a greenhouse gas whose concentration is increasing day by day. Now the present concentration is 413ppm which was 280ppm in 1880. So it has increased by more than 30% of its concentration. But this increase is a threat to us because greenhouse gases trap the terrestrial radiation emitted from the earth's surface and don't allow them to go to the outer space. That's why the lower atmosphere becomes a closed system. Due to their absorbance of heat, the temperature will increase, that will lead to global warming. This climate change we are experiencing due to the increase in the CO2 concentration.
Some major causes of the increase of CO2 concentration are deforestation, industrialisation, automobiles etc.

1. How does climate change inspire people to migrate and what is the impact of this migration? 2. From now until 2050, the human population is expected to grow bigger, more slowly, older, and more urban. Of these four factors, which do you think will have the biggest effect on the climate or environment? 3. In the U.S., more and more people are living alone in their own homes and buying their own cars instead of living with family or...
describe the impact of climate change and pollution on the environment and society.
Note: Hand in your data table and questions/comments The carbon footprint that we can consider is one part of the overall greenhouse emissions that occur on the planet. Carbon dioxide cornes from many sources naturally; however we can consider the amount that is emitted from the use of electricity, fossil fuels, acquiring our food, processing of goods, manufacturing, and consumption of food, materials, roads, wood, roads, buildings, and services. As you can see it is impossible to measure all of...

Which is true about climate change? A. Greenhouse gas emission (e.g., CO2) from human activity is the major cause of recent climate change, including global warming. B. Examination of CO2 trapped in ice cores demonstrates the global warming we are seeing now is part of a natural cycle that has been occurring over the last 800,000 years. C. Examination of CO2 trapped in ice cores demonstrates the global warming we are seeing now is dramatically faster than anything in the...
Climate change and the oceans Complete the following paragraph to describe the impacts of climate change on oceans. Answer choices may be used mor or not at all. acidification As levels of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases rise in the atmosphere, global temperatures increase Sea levels coverage as sea ice levels and glacier putrification Carbon dioxide dissolves easily in water, forming malic acid This causes the pH of oceans to become more acidic. as they carbonic acid This is...
Concerns about climate change and CO2 reduction have initiated the commercial production of blends of biodiesel (e.g., from renewable sources) and petrodiesel (from fossil fuel). Random samples of 48 blended fuels are tested in a lab to ascertain the bio/total carbon ratio. (a) If the true mean is .9050 with a standard deviation of 0.0100, within what interval will 90 percent of the sample means fall? (Round your answers to 4 decimal places.) The interval is from_________ to_________
