Question 7:

Both diphtheria toxin (of Corynebacteria) and exotoxin A (of Pseudomonas aeruginosa) follow the same mechanism of action. They inactivate elongation factor EF2 via ADP-ribosylation thereby inhibiting translation (protein synthesis).

Other options are wrong because these toxins do not ADP-ribosylate Gi or Gs or inactivate 60S ribosome. They have no effect on fluids and electrolytes either.
