One of the several challenges which developing countries has to to suffer is the increase in the industrial accidents in developing countries . The development journey of the developing mations is posed to certain threats and industrial accidents. which are increasing at a very rapid speed are also forcing us to think about the reasons for it. First of all the main reason is the blind race for development puts the industrial sectors of every developing countary under huge pressure .

In order to perform more they ignores the basic safety requirements that are required for working in industrial sectors. Secondly poor legislations and specially there corrupt implementation is also one of the major reason for the increasing accidents. Thirdly the lack of awareness among workers who are mostly unskilled ,hired at low wages as these countries are highly populated. Most of labour force are out the cover of safety legislation and only part of the labour force is covered by safety legislation.

Apart from it the transfer of technology without from developed nation to developing countries without proper consideration of the pros and cons as well as technological adoption has created unexpected problems. The most of labour force has not safety representatives. The level of corruption is also at peak in developing countries and there is huge level of money play in the violation of safety norms right from construction of the factory building. The entire system is controlled. The lack of social responsibility is these countries is also responsible for such unfortunate events. At the same time not learning any thing from past accidents and mistake is also height of ignorance.

There is complete irresponsible behaviour in providing comprehensive basic education and taking care of the workers' basic needs are essential in order to avoid accidents caused by misunderstanding of instructions or poor nutrition and tiredness. There are several other reasons like poor and unhealthy working conditions, long and hectic working ours ,lack of training and orientation programs and non-existence of an effective injury prevention programme in many developing countries has resulted in a very high sickness and accident rate.

At the same time the poor social security system also responsible for all these accidents in one way.
