Here, normal acts in upwards direction , friction acts towards left direction

Here, F * cos(theta) = Fr

=> 35 * cos(theta) = 20

=> theta = 55.15 degree

=> angle strap makes with horizontal = 55.15 degree

=> magnitude of normal force = 20 * 9.8 - 35 * sin55.15

                                              = 167.27 N
