Answer #1

ANSWER:: 0 K Temperature where all motion of the particles in a substance would stop

we know the 0^{\circ}C equals to 273.15^{\circ}K so there is 273.15^{\circ} Different between C and F scale

according to thermodynamics the freezing point 0^{\circ}C that means 273.15^{\circ}K

but according to question there 0 k is the water freeze point is wrong statement

but this is not exactly ice crystal form

And the temperature of sun surface is more than 0 K

we know temperature decreased ,the particles moving speed slower. because less entropy

when 0k then particles entropy or energy would zero so motion would be zero

So answer is 3rd option
