Q1 = 51/4 = 12.75  

b)

13TH OBSERVATION= Data value = 22

d)

Q3 = 51/4 = 12.75 *3 = 38.25

c)

39TH OBSERVATION =data value =30

e)

interquartile range = Q3 -Q1 = 30 - 22 = 8
