Histidin F-8 is present on the 5 the position of HB molecule opposite to 6th water molecule binding site at low pressure of oxygen gas. Histidine make the molecule non planner and enhance the binding capacity of Fe toward the oxygen molecule by provide the less Steric hindrance on the 6th position for oxyen molecule. It is due to that the Fe present above the plane of plaanr four pyrole ring. So option C is correct.
