This is classical conditioning. A stimulus in the environment (buzzing) elicited a response (sweating)

The buzzing is naturally occurring and so it is unconditioned stimulus.

The response of sweating is conditioned because it gets associated with the previous experience of getting stung.

3. One of your coworkers has a habit of getting into conflicts whenever others got a more desirable schedule. The conflict results in stress and frustration for your boss. As time goes on the boss is less likely to give that coworker undesirable schedules.

This is operant conditioning. Behavior is giving a schedule and the consequence is the boss getting upset.

Negative reinforcement is happening when the boss slowly stops giving undesirable schedules to the coworker.

4.Your friend is the hostile coworker described in #3 and she is increasingly likely to get into conflicts with coworkers when she gets a schedule she does not like.

This is classical conditioning. The stimulus is the schedule and the response is the conflict with coworkers.

The unconditioned stimulus is the schedule and the conditioned response is the conflict.
