First option

This is a linewaeaver burk plot for enzyme kinetics. The x axis shows 1/[S] and the y axis shows 1/Vo. The x intercept is the value for 1/Vmax and the y intercept is the value for -1/Km.

Vmax is the highest velocity attained during an enzyme catalysed reaction. After this point the velocity becomes constant and attains a plateau, provided enzyme and substrate concentration remains same.

Km is the substrate concentration at which velocity of the reaction is half of the maximum velocity.

Here,

y intercept = 1/Vmax = 6

So, Vmax = 1/6 = 0.1667 uM per sec

x intercept = 1/Km = -0.6

So, Km = 0.0 167 uM
