1) Answer is B). Because CH3NH2 form H-bonding which is strongest among them. CH3Cl is polar molecule and thus it involve dipole-dipole interaction which is stronger than vanderwaal interaction that exist between non-polar CH3CH3.

2) Answer is D). Because these molecules have dispersion force and dispersion force increases as the size of atom increases hence CH3I has stronger intermolecular force than CH3Br which is much stronger than CH3Cl.
