At-will employment is a US labor law practice where an employer has the right to terminate the employer-employee relationship at any time, with or without any reason without any warning. The employee will work for the employer for no specific time. The employee-employer relationship can be terminated by either party. The employee has also the right to terminate the employment relationship at any time for better opportunities.

A manager is an expert in his field and will ensure that all the assigned tasks to him would be completed in a cost-effective manner and within the time.
