I =\sum mr^{2}

I = m_1r_1^{2}+m_2r_2^{2}+m_3r_3^{2}

I = 2.8*0.23^{2}+1.1*0^{2}+1.1*0.4^{2}

I = 0.324 kg.m^{2}
