Answer #1
  • ‘’Retail with purpose’’ is the concept mainly for the retailers in which they have to provide the real and honest information to the customers, satisfy their wants and preferences, and serve the meaningful purpose to the customers. If there is one retailer with purpose than it should make replicate to other retailers and make the customer satisfied. As we all know that the customers are the king of the market. Therefore, if the customers are satisfied there is growth in the market. For example, if the rotten apple put with a bunch of apples it will rot all the apples. Same with the retail purpose and can helps in replicate to other retailers.
  • An important secret behind the success of any organization is a meaningful purpose. If there is no purpose for what the company is working, then there is no meaning to get work from the employees.
  • All the employees are not interested in finding the meaning in their work but after that, they have to work for the company where they appointed and follow the rules of the owner.
