Question

3.30. Coal being used in a power plant at a rate of 8000 lb/min has the following composition: Component Weight % (dry basis)

And here is the answer

ng 8000 lbcoal 1 lb dry coal 0.035 lbs Ib-mol S 1b-mol S = 1.92 min 4.58 lb.coal lb dry coal 32 lbs min 8000 lbcoal 1 lb dry

However, could somebody clarify why the molar flow rate of O and H is being added? I am also not sure where 3.58Ibm H2o comes from.
