Scenario: Annia is calling from her cell phone to report a printing problem. She anxiously tells you that she has both hands on the keyboard, working the mouse pad/pointer and trying to get it to do something. It tells her it is sending the job to the printer and the print queue shows that is the case. Her wireless laptop is loaded with the correct drivers and sometimes it works, but it is not working right now. Her printer and laptop both have 802.11b and are configured with the correct settings to work with the wireless access point.
