Summary

Introduction
The article starts with a brief introduction about what actually the concept of iron triangle is :
It defines the iron triangle in the common terminology as : " Quality, Access , cost, pick any two"
The underlying assumption behind the concept is that the healthcare is more of a complex nature. The resourves in healthcare are limited and the requirement of innovation, sophistication and expensive tools, equipments and machineries do not let the department or industry to attain the objective of increased quality, large access and cost reduction ,all at the same simultaneously.
Therefore the concept of iron triangle is applied on healthcare with the notion that all three targets in field of heathcare cannot be attained thus two of them can only be successfully fulfilled , thus inorder to improve two among them , one has to be compromised.

Background
The article provides a brief background about the initiation of the concept and how it successfully aimed to fit in healthcare.
The basic concept was introduced by Dr. William Kissick. The concept came into existence almost in 1994 and took a turn only after the concept flourished well to be implemented on scenarios. Businesses started using the concept to evaluate their operations to know which two major motives can be fulfilled well by business

Argument
The article represents the viewpoint of Dr Klasko who holds that all of the three motives can be attained through disrupting the traditional healthcare system through change, innovation, advancement and technological advancements.
The viewpoint is supported through providing various realistic syaryegies or methods to disrupt the old sustem to grow a new and better one. Some of these involve:
Merging of the community health care system to advance expertise and power.
To ensure competent staff is only hired and they possess essential skills.

The scholars partly supports the idea of DR. Klasko but theg hold that it os not easy and simple as it seems and thete are lot of hinderences that pose threat and thus cannot be ignored

Solution
The article then proceeds for jotting some solutions to the current scenario of healthcare to ensure that all of the three objectives mentioned above are satisfied through a strategy of lean organisation..

Correctly leaning the care delivery system will ensure:

Cost :
Considerable reduction in wastes
Improving efficiency in operations and services
Ensuring accurate and Effective practices

Quality:
Maintaing and sustaining quality.

Access:
Increasing service capacity

Conclusion

Thus the scholars conclude that through adding leaning strategy with that of the disruptive innovation, the healthcare will be to a great extend satisfy all three motives through creating synergy and producing efficient outcomes in care delivery system.

The concept can also prove very effective and efficient in the organization i am associated with.

The concept of integrating the leaning strategy with disruptive innovation can break the boundariey in attaing the motive of reduced cost , increased quality and large access.

Due diligence , resilient and innovation can help the organisation to work efficiently and reduce wastages, and ensure smooth operations.
