Netflix and Spotify accounts are considered to be collective goods (or club goods as sometimes called). Collective goods are excludable but non- rivalrous.

A person can be excluded from using these services of he/she does not pay the subscription amount. But once paid, using the good by one person will not reduce the quantity available for other people's use.
