Part B. Casey should avoid drinking habit as it interferes with the growing foetus. She is adviced to take prenatal vitamins especially folicacid supplement from the beginning to avoid neural tube defects in the growing foetus. Also she myst include green vegetables, milk and dairy products in her diet to keep herself healthy.
