A Functional requirement specifies a function that a system component must be able to perform.Functional requirements describewhat the software has to do. Probably the easiest way to explain non-functional requirement is that they specify all the remaining requirement not covered by the functional requirements.Non-functional requirements specify the system's quality.

Functional requirements Questionnaire:

1.) What you want the software to do that a user can interact with or expect as an outcome of their interactions.

2.)How would you like to give input and take output.

3.)What is needed in the system to accomplish the need of the user.

Non-functional requirements questionnaire:

1.)How to implement the functional requirement.

2.)Availability,performance and Usability of the system.

3.)security of the system.
