• The learning I found most effective was verbal learning during a seminar that I attended on psychology.The speaker was very engaging and used his verbal skills to his advantage. He also used visual aids in his presentation but verbal learning style was very effective. Through his seminar I found that verbal/visual learning works for me as well. Research also shows that Asians prefer this kind of learning because the Asian language is based on pictures. This style works because it is interesting and attracts attention of people. Reading material on the screen as well as listening to what the speaker is explaining was very effective in my experience. It did work because people remembered what he said and taught us even after a week when the seminar was discussed.
