Your staff assures you that each system can be recovered but will take an undetermined time period. You must decide what system should be made operational first with the limited staff available to you In your paper, explain what system you would bring back first and your reasoning behind making your decision. As per my decision I will make Water suppy functional first by focussing in the programming of water supply system as it is the simplest one but needs for the survival of country mens (because without food one can survive but without water life will not be possible). then will focus on electricity because without phone and internet we can live in our homes safely but without light all faces lots of problems in night time and cooking of foods too.

Then will focus on Communication system to convey the informations regarding the attack and how we are going to tackle such problem,how many staff members are there to help etc etc (but care must be taken by not to deliver any of the strategies in public media about what are the internal steps government is going to take) Because coutrymens definitly feel panic if government will not convey any news or information. Then will focus on Natural gas because without cooking food one can survive with the help of packaged food items or juices. There is no need to give priority for natural gas before water supply.

And at last,we will easily handle waste and severage by managing with the help of staff and municipal vehicles while tracing the garbage locations using internet of handling public calls. By using such an intelligent strategy we can very easily tackle such panic situations.
