Answer 1. The Procurement Manager would be the one in the chain buying centre who would have a meeting with us. He will gain information regarding various aspects of the product and will see the product from customer point of view. He will also analyse the profits by listing and selling our product.

The concern of each member should be to attract the procurement manager and approve him of the good quality of the products. Each member should try to ensure that the Procurement Manager is satisfied and is interested in buying our products.

Answer 2. The various materials and parts that go into the manufacturing of automobiles are in thousands, varying from company to company. These materials and parts are aluminium, steel, carbon fibre, engines, gears, clutches, brakes, tyres, rim, chasis, mirrors, glasses, plastics, leather, seats, HVAC systems, wires, etc.

The derived demand plays a huge role in the use of materials, and parts in the manufacturing of automobiles. For Example, when the customers want light cars, having high speed then the raw material used for making body is mainly carbon fibre. While some customers want low price cars, then mainly steel and aluminium is used in making the automoble. So, there is a huge impact of demand on the use various materials and parts that go into the manufacturing of automobiles.
