At absorbance 1, the concentration of DNA is 50 mg per mL.

So, at absorbance 0.013, the concentration will be 50 × 0.013 = 0.65 mg per mL

Dilution factor = final volume / initial volume = 990 + 10 / 10 = 100

Original concentration = 0.65 × 100 = 65 mg per mL

= 65 g per L

= 65 ug per uL
