metal + nonmetal = storng

nometal + nometal = medium

Note that As, Ge and Si are nometal

Then

Al-Cl bond must be the strongest, since it is the "most metalic"

Now....

CCl2 --> Cl-C-Cl

2x(C-Cl) = 2*330 kJ/mol = 660 kJ/mol of CCl2 appox
