The root-mean-square voltage:

Vrms = Vmax / sqrt(2) = 300 / sqrt(2) = 212.13 V

the root-mean-square current:

Irms = I/sqrt(2) = 15 / sqrt(2) = 10.6 A

the average power consumed by the motor:

Power = Vrms Irms = 212.13*10.6 = 2249.9 W .
